The last few songs I have released "The Old Covered
Bridge", "A Light in the Distance" and now this song
"Everything Considered" were all written many years ago.
Years later, when I would play these songs for my boys
they would say to me, "Dad, you should record them".
This song "Everything Considered" was written based on
stories my dad had told me when I was a young boy about
some great men he knew and several I have had the
pleasure to have meet. Although the character Joe in the
song is fictional, I hope I have touched upon the spirit
of those stories, about the hero's who fought for
freedom and the memory of these gentle men........
and the countless number of fallen heroes
who fought for our freedom…………... so others wouldn’t
have to.
Stone and Ageless Names is what came to mind when I
visited Arlington National Cemetery
with my family, when I was around 12 years old.
With each
paid download of the song “Everything Considered” a
donation will be made to a
Veterans Charity -

- helping military families.
